Early in the morning, went over meet baby... slack in his hse den we went to bank in his cheque. He felt so rich, and treat me kfc? haha, i hope he felt more love today, coz i simply love him more... We make our way down to SSDAC to print my driving reciept, coz i lose it... hehe, i am so careless. Met Serene there, so qiao... She went there to print hers too, mayb both of us are forgetful gers? She asked me, " wat wind blow u here today?" I was thinking, we are in driving centre, so wat do u think i can do here? baby, book another 15 of his practical lessons, he is rich at times too... Den i pei him to pasir ris, den i say bye to him sadly...

Went home, was surfing net, den realise some of our staffs gt sacked. Well, wat can i sae? its partly the staffs fault, but the management juz wun understand, if they could, they shld stand at our pt of view, b4 giving us a verdict. They are mainly bais, in addition dat its their job? So wat they did wrong? They are not even 18, they deserve a chance to learn in their life, and shldnt put things tgt that do not link. They are nice pple, and they help u whenever u nid help, when did u see dem reject u? So dats how u repay dem? This realli question if staffs shld remain loyal to u guys... Life is a path, dat also leads to a junction. Its abt how to teaches dem to be on the right track. Not juz seal the road after they make their wrong choice, and leave dem to regret for the rest of their life.

Wat can i sae? I think i shld declare myself, i wun be working until sch starts, den i will see those mgt in gv lesser. I would like to see how u guys struggle w/o the experienced staff, its gd to see u guys lose ur manpower, and you will have to start all over again, and soon, the biz wun survive. I wonder, if u ever went for HR courses, or even biz mgt? Coz, ur managing method totalli sux. Sooner or later, the new staffs will leave, u are juz wasting ur energy and money to train dem, and losing dem eventualli, both new and experienced ones.
